Selling your second-hand kitchen

- Not all second-hand kitchens are resalable due to various factors such as age, condition, and size.

- Commission will be calculated on the sale price minus VAT.

- As there are many costs to cover such as Tax, Labour, Fuel, Warehousing, Advertising, HR and Legal fees, etc. The commission will only be offered on sales above R10,000.

- As all the kitchens are second-hand, there is often hidden damage such as termites, water damage, cracked stone tops, bad initial installation, etc. which will all affect the final selling price as well as the commission percentage.

- The final selling price can only be determined once the kitchen is refurbished at our showrooms.

- If kitchens remain unsold for 1 month, we will reduce the selling price each month until the kitchen sells.

- If you would like us to remove your existing kitchen, but you would like to keep the kitchen, this can be arranged, please contact us for a quote.

- Even though we take great care while extracting, Damages to the kitchen may occur.

- We cannot guarantee the removal of stone countertops.

- We may need to remove some wall or floor tiles during the extraction process.

- Please make sure all cupboards are empty before the day of the extraction.

- If the extraction is outside of Gauteng, a lower commission may be paid to cover additional expenses.

Buying a kitchen

- All Kitchens and Appliances sold by RKF are second-hand.

- We require you to view and inspect the kitchens in our showroom before purchasing the kitchen.

- All kitchens and appliances are sold as seen, “Voetstoots”

- No refunds will be given after the delivery or collection has been made.

- All kitchens were previously installed in another home, they will have previous allowances for plumbing, electrical or gas fittings within the cupboards.
